Collected Information: Where do we get it?

We collect your personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, billing address, ship-to address and payment card details when your visit or make a purchase on our website, at our showroom, at our stand at events or contact us online or by phone.

When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us, to process an order and have it delivered to you. We will only add you to our email contact list if you choose to opt-in to this service.

Third Parties

Our online store transactions are collected by Stripe. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Our face-to-face transactions are processed via Sum Up. Our newsletter subscriptions are stored on Mailchimp.

We offer those who sign-up for our email list advanced notice of sales, new merchandise and other BallyBoy Design news. Email addresses collected by BallyBoy Design are only used internally. We respect your privacy rights and will not share, sell or rent your email address to other individuals, businesses or organisations.

When you visit us our website or shop online at BallyBoy Design, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
