Flip the ring portion of the brooch over, so that the open ends are aligned with the end of the pin.

Bring the end of the pin through the gap and above the terminals, then rotate the ring until the end of the pin moves past the terminals, and is secure on the fabric.

Please note that penannular pins are suitable for loose weave fabrics only.

Q.

What is my silver bracelet size?

A.

Using a flexible measuring tape, measure just above (towards elbow) the wrist bone, then add approx ¼ inch (0.6cm) to 1 inch (2.5 cm).  The average amount to add is ½ inch (1.25 cm), depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. That is the size of bracelet you would wear. See table below:

Womens (adult) Bracelet SizeNote: Measurements include wrist size plus extra as above
Size Inches Centimetres
Small 7.0 to 7.4 17.8 to 18.8
Medium 7.5 to 7.9 19.1 to 20.1
Large 8.0 to 8.4 20.3 to 21.3

Q.

What is my hat size?

A.

Our teardrop and side tilt hats are one size fits all.  For our other hats for example, the trilby, cloche, fedora and riding cap, size is based on the circumference of the head. In order to determine your proper hat size, you must take a measurement of your head. Using a tape measure, measure your head about one-half inch above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Alternatively, you can use a piece of string to measure your head, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler. If you are not certain about size, or are between sizes, buy the larger size or contact BallyBoy Design.

Use the chart below to determine your hat size based on the measurement you take.

Q.

What is my glove size?

A.

To get your correct glove size you should measure in inches around the widest part of your dominant hand (excluding the thumb). If you are right handed, measure the right hand and if you are left handed, measure your left hand.  Next, measure from the tip of the index finger to the base of the palm. Whichever is the larger figure is your glove size. Women’s sizes are as follows: 6; 6.5; 7; 7.5 and 8.
