Delivery and Returns

Timelines

We make our garments, hats and jewellery in limited editions. We regularly change our range of colours for capes and hats, hence we carry a small but constantly changing stock. We will advise you within one working day of receiving your order of the estimated dispatch date. Our garments and hats are hand cut and finished. For non-stock orders, the process of making a garment or pret-a-porter hat usually takes up to 15 working days. Our bespoke hat range will take approx four to six weeks. Please note that production can take longer during our busier periods (e.g. Christmas).

When an order is ready for delivery, we will dispatch it by registered post and confirm to you by email. There are no order dispatches on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. Please ensure that the shipping address you enter at the checkout is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. Please note that additional charges and delays may be incurred to complete delivery of your order if an incorrect address is provided at checkout stage.

Approximate delivery times are as follows from date of dispatch:

  • Ireland: 1- 2 working days
  • UK and Europe: 5 to 7 working days
  • USA: 7 to 10 working days
  • Rest of the World: 10 to 12 working days

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues outside our control (for example interruptions to transport systems and services provided by our carriers and banking systems). If we become aware of any delays we will advise you immediately.

Delivery Costs

  • Ireland €10 flat rate.
  • Rest of the World €25 flat rate.

Payment Details

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we occasionally may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from BallyBoy Design, we will be happy to exchange the item or refund the cost of the item, provided the items are not worn, are undamaged and in their original packaging with all swing tags and labels intact. Please simply return the item to us in the condition supplied within 14 days of receiving the order by registered post.   We are not responsible for returned items that go missing.  All items should be returned to BallyBoy Design, BallyBoy Abbeylara, Co. Longford, N39 E762, IRELAND and we will refund or exchange the item.

Please provide the following information:

  • A copy of your online receipt.
  • The reason for returning the item.

Purchasing as a Gift

If you are purchasing items as a gift, please let us know if you would like a gift card included in the box. You can fill in the gift text at the online checkout and we will hand write the gift card for you. If your items are being sent to an address other than your billing address, this can be specified at the online checkout. If you have any queries about sending gifts, please contact us and we will be delighted to assist you.

Packaging

All BallyBoy Design products are beautifully hand wrapped with care. We pack multiple items into one box unless otherwise requested.
